Our experience with Amanda and No Borders was great. Amanda was very professional, diligent and prompt. Her expertise made the visa application process as simple and easy as possible and we even received full approval of the visa months before the immigration guidelines suggested. Without Amanda we would have had many difficulties throughout the intricate process and certainly would not have received the visa in the time-frame that we did.
Thank you for everything! -

I approached "No Borders" to get some advice at a time when I thought my visa situation was fairly hopeless. I had made some silly mistakes on the application for extending my current visa and actually ended up almost having to leave Australia with a ban of not being able to return for a number of years.
Luckily I was teamed with the powerhouse of Agnes and Amanda. Working with these two ladies was the way I was able to stay in Australia and establish a visa with my partner. As this was a high stress situation both Agnes and Amanda were very understanding whenever it came time to discuss or search for more evidence within my case. Anything we were not sure on they were able to clarify and give us examples of the sorts of information they required.
I am now working in my dream job in one of the best countries in the world. My partner and I have no hesitations recommending "No Borders" Agnes and Amanda to any other couples with visa questions or concerns. They were a lifesaver for us when we thought we had almost no hope.
Thank you Agnes and Amanda and good luck for all your future cases. -

We just to say thank you to you and the team from No Borders Migration. Agnes and her team have led us through the migration process, and we now have our 457 Visa's for Australia.
Agnes has been very helpful and professional and worked in conjunction with Mark from Act Now recruiting, gained us a chance to start a new life in Australia.
Earlier this year we had a sponsor in place in Nth Qld though at the last moment due to no fault of our own the whole deal fell over and we saw our dream of coming to Australia slipping away. Then at the eleventh hour we were contacted by Mark Weare from Act Now Recruiting and we found him very helpful and enthusiastic and said he would do all he could to identify a new sponsor for us.
I record time he lived up to his company name and Act Now he did and has found us a good employer and put us in touch with a good migration agent being No Borders Migration Advocates and Agnes and Mark made the process very straight forward and we recommend Agnes and her team to anyone thinking of making the move to Australia.
Having the right migration agent on your team is not only vital it's comforting knowing that they have your best needs at hand and under control as migration law is complex with changes and different requirements in Australia and No Borders is at the top of the game in that department.
For peace of mind, we're glad we went with No Borders Migration Advocates
Thank you Agnes and team. -

I am writing this letter on behalf of me and my wife.
I met my wife in March '08. At that time she was in the company of her sponsor who had sponsored her here. This person was supposed to marry my wife within a nine month period. This person had different intentions; these types of people make it hard for genuine people trying to do the right thing.
As time went by, I and my new partner spent more time with each other. As my partner's time in Australia was coming to an end I decided to marry her as I got treated like a king.
I sought advice from legal people on our situation. I also read on the internet my options to no avail. I also tried a few migration agencies. They were happy to charge me a fee with the same answers I did not want to hear: "Your wife would have to go home and wait for 6 to 9 months for the paperwork to go through."
One day in October 08 my wife had less than a month to go before her visa expired? I was talking to a few people about my situation. One person recommended, I try No Borders Migration Advocates. The next day my wife went and spoke to them. They said she would be able to stay. They gave my wife a list of things we needed the next few days. We spoke with Agnes and Emily. They both were very helpful.
I must say I had my doubts on everything coming to the end of my wife's bridging visa that No Boarders Migration Advocates helped us with. Also I must say it was the longest month of my life waiting day in day out for that call.
About a week to go I received a call from Emily at No Boarders Migration Advocates. It was what I wanted to hear: my wife could stay. I have been married 7 months now. I'm very happy with the way everything has turned out. I have faith in all the staff at No Borders Migration Advocates. They all are very helpful, supportive and have an understanding of everybody's problems. -
Family M. from Germany
We are huge fans of the Australian life, and considered moving to the country of our dreams for quite sometime. The information gained from attending a seminar by NO BORDERS gave us the resources and confidence that we felt that it was possible to make this "project" come true. Our goal from a move to Australia was to be able to build a more rewarding lifestyle and allow our son to have a better future than we believed to be possible in Germany.
The visa process was slower than hoped, but without the input and commitment from Maren it would have taken much longer. We would like to thank Maren, Agnes and the whole No Boarders Team! It is with your professional support that we are now able to look forward to starting our new Brisbane lifestyle. -

Dearest Agnes Today you gave us our best pre-Christmas present: We got our visa 175! Thank you so much for your help. Without you and your company we would not manage all the paperwork which is required to get the visa. You have supported us in every step of our application. You have answered all our questions with patience. You told us that everything will come to a good end – and you are right!
You have fulfilled us our dream. We don't know how to thank you. There will be every time a place for you in our hearts – and in our guest room in Queensland. Again: we thank you for your professional service and your support. Also a huge "Thanks" to Maren who often communicate with us.

Gabi & Thomas
We had considered moving from Germany for a long time ago with the goal of living abroad. Our daughter has been living in Australia for several years and we had experienced the country from our two previous holidays. We really liked the country and people and it seemed that this could be the land of our dreams.
In March 2007 we attended a seminar in Munich run by NO BORDERS. During the seminar we received a lot of useful information about Australia and we were assessed for the possibility of obtaining a visa. It was a big surprise when we received a message two weeks later from No Borders that our chance was positive.
After a short deliberation and many questions to NO BORDERS we decided to migrate to Australia. We believed that the economic opportunities are better in Australia than in Germany. The timeframe for a successful application was short as Thomas was turning 45 in January and the visa needed to be lodged before his birthday.
We had authorised NO BORDERS to represent us in our visa application process. Firstly they needed to lodge the skills assessment for Thomas which was done in September 2007. Not long after that the visa application was lodged. In November we got the approval of the sponsorship from Victoria.
Then we had to wait for the visa, 2008 seemed to take for ever to pass. In September 2008 we finally got the message we had waited so long for – your visa is granted. As we had already organised our affairs in Germany and were able to migrate to Australia almost immediately.
Since the 1st of October we have lived in Melbourne and have found a new home. We are looking forward to a relaxed Australian life.
Best Regards -

Migration has always been a factor in my life. My family migrated from Germany to South Africa and then back to Austria. I was no stranger to the migration process, and being born in South Africa the sun and the warm weather was always better than the European winter cold and snow.
When my partner attended more and more topics about Australia we discovered that there are many things in Down Under which we really fancied.
When I heard about the seminar of NO BORDERS I was immediately enthusiastic and I wanted to know my chances to apply for an Australian visa.
The seminar itself was a very important part for me and for the whole process of migration and especially in my decision-making. I got first hand information, a contact to a migration expert (Agnes Kemenes - for me a stroke of luck) and the subsequent evaluation of the delivered documents is also extremely helpful. The contact with "like-minded" attendees was also very interesting.
After visiting the No Borders seminar in June 2007 I made my decision and everything took its course.
In September 2007, we were already on holiday in Australia and at the end of November 2007 I came back to Australia again - this time for 9 months and to work in a company Agnes Kemenes arranged for me.
I had to fight with my English skills so I attended an evening course at a college in Brisbane. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to improve their English skills!
Of course occasionally there were stumbling blocks to overcome. For example, I was on the day of my English test (very important for my visa) and my identification cards and bank cards got stolen. So I could not attend the English test. Fortunately I was able to attend 2 weeks later and I successfully passed. The 2 weeks waiting for the result took me back a few nerves!
When I got the message from NO BORDERS (1 week later!) that my visa was approved the joy was huge. Finally there was nothing in the way anymore for a new life in Australia. I returned back to Austria for 6 weeks and exactly 1 year after our first visit, me and my partner arrived at the end of September 2008 together again in Brisbane.
Sometimes I still can not believe that we are really here. The next goal is obviously the PR (permanent residence).
For me there are much better opportunities in Australia than I had in Austria. I now have a job in my current position, which I would not have received in Austria without a master.
I feel that working in Australia is much more pleasant, friendlier and people are especially more helpful than in Europe.
The decision to migrate should not be taken lightly of course. The family is very far away, the costs are not negligible and the new start in a foreign country (including language) is also not easy. But if the inner turmoil does not disappear, you should listen, at least for me it worked that way.
I hope that my "success story" will encourage other migration interested parties - because courage is what you need!
Good luck -
J.O.
I visited No-Borders in May, and I met a nice migrant advocate there. I was not sure whether this young girl would successfully assist me to gain my permanent residency when I saw her at first because I knew that my application would not be an easy case for them; however after talking with her in the consultation, I was aware that she is not only very professional and has wide legal knowledge (and later, I found out she is a solicitor), but also very empathetic to her clients.
When I became negative, she always encouraged me and constantly said to me that we will get a permanent residency. I trusted her through all stage of the application because I was aware that she knew what she needs to do for me. And yes, she was right! My application was granted successfully in a very short time. It took me only 1 month and a half after the application, and I have got my permanent residency in my hand.
I also remember her team has worked so hard for me. Especially I appreciated Norman's support. When I required him to do something, he always took quick and efficient action for me. He always provided me very professional service as well as emotional supports. Also, because of his sweet nature (at least I think), I can't stop smiling when I talk to him!! With these wonderful and amazing experiences with No-Borders, I can't find enough word to describe how much I appreciate their assistance. I made a lots of mistakes like other people did, however I can say to myself that I have done a very right thing for my life in terms of the visa application-I chose No Borders, and my dream came true. Thank you so much for your hard work, Sylvia, Norman and all staff in No-Borders!!

It was a great luck for me to find the agency No Borders in the internet. Without their help it wouldn't have been possible to arrange the entertainment visa in such a short time. During the time of working together I was very enthusiastic of the remarkable service of No Borders. I got a mail every day to keep me updated about the visa process.
More, Sylvia and her colleague Maren are extreme friendly people. It is a pleasure for me to recommend No Borders to everyone, who needs support in that case. -

Dear Gyongyi, Agnes and Sylvia,
I would like to express my sincere thanks for all your help.
I had called various migration consultants ... not one of the others wanted to handle my case as they said it was hopeless!
I was made feel like a number and not a person. I felt utterly without hope ... until I visited No Borders. You were interested in my case and you were first people who listened. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
My whole experience of dealing with No Borders has been one of true professionalism, integrity, compassion and passion you truly care about the rights of human beings. The way you conduct yourselves and your business is exceptional. I cannot speak too highly of you all. Each of you bring together an exceptional team... From my experience you are a rare breed.
With sincere best wishes

Hi Agnes, Gyongyi and Sylvia,
I would like to thank you for all your help in my residency application ...
When I met Agnes, she was very positive and enthusiastic in helping me and given me GUIDANCE and most of all HOPE. Also special thanks to Gyongyi for all the effort that she had out in to her numerous case researches and for the 20 pages of comprehensive submissions.
Thank you also to Sylvia for being so nice on the phone every time I ring ...
Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. God bless!!!!
