Visa Refused / Cancelled
If your visa is refused or cancelled, we might be able to have the decision reviewed by a merits review tribunal, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and/or appeal the decision at court.
There are several options for a review and/or an appeal after a visa refusal or cancellation:
