Your Role

• We are seeking a registered migration agent who can provide top notch advice over range of visa subclasses.
• An ability to understand and apply the Migration Regulations in both simple and complex matters is a must.
• A ‘never say die’ attitude and ability to think outside the square to solve our clients’ needs is absolutely essential. We don’t take no for an answer!
• You will be provided with innumerable opportunities for personal and professional development.
• Your role will involve dealing with clients and legislative authorities and actively managing your caseload to consistently meet budgetary requirements.
• You will report to the Director and General Manager.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Current registration as a migration agent
• Minimum 2 years client service experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated passion for clients
• High level of attention to detail
• An enthusiasm for new challenges and stepping out of your comfort zone
• A warm and friendly attitude
• A positive an open mind – never say never
• Second language well regarded
